H&S Performance Warranty
H&S Performance, LLC guarantees all H&S products to be free from
factory defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. H&S
Performance, LLC will repair or replace, at its discretion, any XRT,
Black Maxx, Mini Maxx or Overdrive Tuners deemed defective within the
warranty time period. All products must be returned to H&S Performance
freight pre-paid for inspection. H&S Performance will replace or
repair defective products at no cost to you, including return ground
shipping. Customer is to pay all freight charges if faster return
shipping method is desired. Warranty covers ONLY repair or replacement
of products, and under no circumstances will H&S Performance, LLC be
liable for any other consequential or accidental damages.
Terms for Warranty are as follows:
(All of the following conditions must be met in order to obtain
warranty)
1. You are the Original Purchaser
2. Product has not been subjected to misuse or was improperly
installed.
3. You can provide proof of purchase.
